As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I view counselling as a collaborative journey—one where your voice, experiences, and goals guide our work together. Each person comes with a unique story shaped by their experiences, and I’m here to offer curiosity, compassion, and professional support as we explore what matters most to you. I feel privileged to connect with each person who comes through my door and to witness their courage and growth along the way. My approach is genuine and relaxed, aiming to create a safe, welcoming space where meaningful change and self-understanding can unfold naturally.

Outside of counselling, I love spending time with animals and being outdoors, whether at the barn with my horse, hiking, or practicing yoga. I also enjoy creative outlets like painting and crocheting, and I value time spent with friends and family.

I am committed to continually developing my skills as a clinician through ongoing education and professional training. Alongside my Master’s degree and BCACC registration, I pursue certifications and training that support evidence-based practice, helping me provide safe, effective, and high-quality counselling.
